Recipe Ingredients:
Pastry Crust
- 180g plain flour
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 150g margarine, diced
- 2-4 Tablespoons ice-cold water
Passion Fruit Filling
- 250g passion fruit pulp (with seeds)
- 180g sugar
- 100ml cream
- 30g cornstarch
- 30g plain flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 150g margarine
Meringue
- 135g sugar
- 125ml aquafaba
- 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
