Episode 3 Transcript

 

Recipe Ingredients:

Pastry Crust

  • 180g plain flour
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 150g margarine, diced
  • 2-4 Tablespoons ice-cold water

Passion Fruit Filling

  • 250g passion fruit pulp (with seeds)
  • 180g sugar
  • 100ml cream
  • 30g cornstarch
  • 30g plain flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 150g margarine

 

Meringue

  • 135g sugar
  • 125ml aquafaba
  • 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
